100% Man. How to Father Like a Pro – A new publication by Share The Care Poland

COFACE’s Polish member Share The Care has recently published a publication entitled “100% Man. How to Father Like a Pro” through which they want to show a completely new and different dimension of fatherhood.

The Share the Care Foundation has been monitoring the partnership of women and men in sharing family-related duties for many years. The foundation has noticed that there is not enough concrete information for fathers – about their rights, their role in bringing up children and the positive influence on their development. This publication aims to change this. Recognised experts and ambassadors of the foundation have been invited to co-create this publication. They promote the idea of partnership in relationships and the sharing of parental leave by both parents, because it brings benefits to women, men, and most of all, children. Share the Care believes that partnership in relationships is the answer to the challenges of a fast-changing world in which equality and belief in human potential are two of the greatest values.
