COFACE Families Europe’s Belgian member organisation, Ligue des Familles, has launched an important new service to support parents: Allo Info Parents – a direct, human and empathetic helpline designed to answer families’ everyday questions and challenges.

Officially launched on 15 October 2025, the service provides parents with real conversations and personalised answers. Whether it’s about education, relationships with children, or balancing work and family life, Allo Info Parents offers a listening ear and professional guidance adapted to each situation.

Unlike chatbots or impersonal online FAQs, the service Ligue des Familles provides, ensures that there is always a human at the other end of the line. Every call is handled by a trained professional who takes the time to listen, understand, and provide clear and reliable information. This approach reflects Ligue des Familles’ deep belief that parents deserve more than automatic responses. They deserve empathy, clarity, and expert advice.

The new helpline also aims to make the Ligue’s expertise more accessible to all families, regardless of background or location. By providing practical support and a space for dialogue, Allo Info Parents strengthens the organisation’s mission to empower parents and promote family well-being throughout Belgium.

As Ligue des Familles explains, “Parents’ questions deserve clear and dependable answers.” With Allo Info Parents, families now have a trusted ally ready to listen and guide them through the joys and challenges of parenting.
