COFACE welcomes its newest member from France

We are pleased to welcome and introduce COFACE’s newest member, who are joining us from France to contribute to positive outcomes for families in a changing society.

The CNAFAL (Conseil National des Associations Familiales laïques) works to protect and promote the well-being of families and all that contributes to it.

In recent years, the CNAFAL has continued to address contemporary issues such as immigration, consumer rights, and the recognition of diverse family structures. The organisation remains committed to its founding principles of secularism, social justice, and the protection of individual rights within the family context.

Its primary objectives include:

– Advocate for the moral and material interests of families, emphasising ethical consumption (e.g., sustainable development, workers’ rights).

– Protect nature and the environment while improving living conditions.

– Represent and defend tenants or homeowners, including legal action in civil matters.
